Basic Pistol (LIVE-FIRE)

Service Description

This PISTOL TRAINING course is for those who would like the opportunity to train with a team of instructors that will cater to you and allow you to become comfortable with your handgun in a safe and productive environment. On the range, students will begin their hands-on instruction and skill development through live-fire drills focusing on the following principles and exercises: Gun Safety Basic Weapon Manipulation Proper Hand Placement Sight Alignment Trigger Control Malfunction Clearing Instructor-led Shooting Drills Marksmanship Training Emphasis on Enhancing Proficiency Misfires, Malfunctions, and Other Problems To finish out the course, there will be a final skill demonstration where students are given the opportunity to put into practice everything they have learned throughout the day. *Class requirements* -200 rounds of ammunition -Ear Coverings -Eye wear

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule please give us a call or email us. You have up to 48 hrs before the start of the class to do so. You may request to reschedule ONCE before needing to repay the full price as rescheduling takes away slots from other people wanting to take the course. If you cancel the day of the class or do not show up, you will need to re-pay the FULL PRICE of the class cost to reschedule. In the event VA Tactical needs to cancel a class due to weather or other unforeseen events, we will notify all participants prior to class via email and/or phone call. Please make sure the phone number and email provided are valid to ensure you receive this notice. We will reschedule all participants to the next available class and you will receive a confirmation via email. If you wish to choose a different date and the dates available do not work, you will be responsible for giving us a call and getting re-scheduled for the date when it becomes available.
