CoEd-Virginia Concealed Carry

Service Description

This USCCA First Steps Concealed Carry Course. We will teach you basic general firearm knowledge, firearm safety, and proper weapon manipulation techniques. Also In this course, you will be exposed to different ammunition types, and how to clear malfunctions. This is an introductory course that will meet the requirements for those who would like to obtain their Concealed Handgun Permit in the state of Virginia. This is a 3 hour non-shooting course. Upon completion participants will receive a certificate from our USCCA Certified Instructor, showing proof of participation in a firearms safety class. IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS IS A NON-SHOOTING COURSE. You are encouraged to bring the firearm you plan to use regularly if you own one. Having your own firearm is not required for the course, VTSA does provide firearms for demonstration purposes. All personal weapons must be unloaded (NO AMMUNITION) and they will be checked for safety by the instructor before entering the class. Your safety is our number one priority.

Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS. If you need to reschedule, please give us a call or email us. You have up to 48 hrs before the start of the class to do so. You may request to reschedule ONCE before needing to repay the full price as rescheduling takes away slots from other people wanting to take the course. If you cancel the day of the class or do not show up, you will need to re-pay the FULL PRICE of the class cost to reschedule. In the event VA Tactical needs to cancel a class due to weather or other unforeseen events, we will notify all participants prior to class via email and/or phone call. Please make sure the phone number and email provided are valid to ensure you receive this notice. We will reschedule all participants to the next available class and you will receive a confirmation via email. If you wish to choose a different date and the dates available do not work, you will be responsible for giving us a call and getting re-scheduled for the date when it becomes available.
